Terms of use

• Focus Coach is a coaching tool for Dota 2. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Dota 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
• The app reads game data only through Valve’s official Game State Integration and, when AI is enabled, a picture of the in-game top bar. It never reads game memory and never sends input to the game.
• Advice from the coach, including AI suggestions, may be wrong. You decide what to do in your games.
• A Pro purchase gives one license access to the Pro AI features for the period shown at purchase, within a fair-use AI allowance per month. Licenses are personal; sharing or reselling them can lead to the license being revoked.
• We may change or discontinue features. If Pro is discontinued, unused paid time is refunded on request.

Privacy

• On your PC: game state stays on your computer. Settings and keys are stored locally.
• Sent to our server, only with Pro AI: one picture of the top bar (the 10 hero portraits) per match and basic match facts (your hero, items, gold, level, game time). This is used to produce the advice and is not sold or shared, except with our AI provider (OpenRouter and the model provider) to process the request.
• Purchases: your email, the payment method and the order status. Card, Zarinpal and crypto payments are processed by Stripe, Zarinpal and NOWPayments; we never see your card details.
• To delete your data, email support@focus-coach.site.

Refunds

• If Pro doesn’t work for you, email support@focus-coach.site within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Purchases don’t renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
